Jaspreet is an FS Engineer (TÜV Rheinland) Functional Safety Engineer with a background in Chemical and Process Engineering, whose experience extends to a variety of industries including high risk, critical consequence industries such as Nuclear and Oil and Gas. Her expertise lies in Reliability and Event Modelling including SIL Verification, using techniques such as Fault Tree Analysis and Reliability Block Diagrams. Within the Company, Jaspreet is the technical lead in this area which has led her to deliver internal and external training courses on this subject
Dr Fan Ye has worked in safety consultancy in industries including oil and gas, chemical, nuclear power and defence since completing his PhD in 2005. Fan is a Charted Engineer (CEng) by the Engineering Council via IET. He is a GIAC certified Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP). He is a Certified Functional Safety Expert

His expertise lies in the areas of hazard identification and risk assessment, safety case development, safety management, system reliability, and ICS Cyber Security.
William is a Chemical Engineer and Functional Safety Engineer (TÜV Rheinland) specialising in the analysis of complex process systems and management of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) in accordance with IEC 61511 & IEC 61508.
IASM carried out an assessment of the BP Alpha Brae PSD systems in order to certify this systems’ suitability for use as a Safety Related System (SIS). The assessment was conducted in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511.
IASM conducted SIL Verification (including hardware reliability and architectural assessment) of the loading / unloading berths, port tankage, propane compression and utilities for the onshore tank farm facilities.
IASM chaired a Project Health Safety and Environment Review (PHSER) on the DCS, ESD and F&G Systems Replacement Project. IASM also performed Availability and Reliability studies on ESD and F&G detection systems.
IASM Chaired a series of comprehensive HAZOP / HAZAN workshops for the provision of an onshore tank farm loading and unloading facility. This work consist of SIL verification of Loading / Unloading berths, Port Storage, Propane Compression and Utilities.
IASM carried out an assessment of the Total onshore oil storage plant and provided guidance on meeting HSE recommendations.
IASM carried out Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) studies on several of BPA's UK sites, including Uttoxeter Junction, Kingsbury and Northampton.
IASM conducted a HAZOP study for Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Ltd and PetroVietnam for the Dung Quat Refinery Upgrade and Expansion Project: Diesel Hydrotreating Unit & Alkylation Unit
IASM carried out SIL Determination and SIL Verification studies for BG Tunisia at the Hannibal Gas Treatment Plant.
IASM carried out a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) verification on the Safety Instrumental Functions (SIFs) associated with the Baraka Tie-In and Compression (BTIC) project in accordance with BG Guidelines and IEC 61511.
